THE BREEDER OF BRITISH SHORTHAIR CATS AND BRITISH LONGHAIR CATS OF SILVER SHADED, GOLDEN SHADED, AND CHINCHILLA COLORS WITH BLUE AND GREEN EYES. WE OFFER KITTENS FOR SALE AND ADOPTION. OUR CATTERY IS LOCATED IN WASHINGTON STATE, USA
"...all of our kittens are not plain white or golden. They are silver-shaded (outlined white) or golden shaded .This a proper term of their color which is widely useful around the world between judges on cat shows.
Coat coloring is within the tips of the hairs to give a sparkling effect. The evenness of the tipping is more important then the amount or heaviness of the tipping. The tipping could be be present on the head, ears, face, along the body, down the flanks and upper surface of the tail, with little tipping extending down the legs. The chin, chest, belly, inner legs and the underside of the tail should be very pale silver or golden as should the undercoat, usually appearing white, pink, or red. In some kittens their shade gets a little lighter or a little darker shade within the age.
There no other color spots, mixes or stripes of other color, unless specified. Eyes are blue or green.
The skin around the eyes, lips and nose is normally outlined in the contoured color as the tipping. In Silver Shaded cats it looks as if cat is wearing eyeliner. The nose is short, broad and strait, with a slight break (but not too pronounced). The nose is red, pink, or off-red. There is a gentle curve from the nose into the round forehead. This coloring makes our cats appearing much more luxurious and rich.
The paw pads match the color of the tipping."
